Warranty times for our products.

-90 days (Electronic accessories of the type: headphones, keyboards, speakers).

-1-3 Year (Mobile phones, tablets, PC computers, CPUs, motherboards and graphics cards).

Notes and Warranty Exemptions

-The natural degradation of the product due to wear and tear, together with breakage / damage during use, is the sole responsibility of the customer and is not covered by our guarantees.

-If you have damaged / misused the items, the product warranty will be immediately void. There is no compensation available in such cases. However, you can contact us to purchase replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to ship them.

The customer voids the warranty if:

- Update the firmware of a device or root a device.

- Open the body to try to fix the device.

- Modify, delete, customize or exchange parts of the product.

- Use the device in a way for which it was not originally designed.

- Please continue to use the item once failure occurs causing more damage.


Any item purchased that is not fully satisfied by the User can be exchanged within a maximum period of five (5) days from the date of receipt of the order.

For this they must notify shop@feshoop.com  within the indicated period, The Products must be in the same state in which they were sent, without having been used, and with the original packaging and labels in good condition. In the event that the return is due to any failure of the Product covered by the guarantee, the expenses necessary exclusively for the return of the Product by the same delivery method will be borne by Feshoop, otherwise they will be borne by the customer.

Users may require more information, or notify returns or make claims for eventual manufacturing defects and / or wrong deliveries, in our store every day during 24 hours by email from 9am to 6pm (UK time) .

Returnable items

Items that can be returned / refunded or exchanged within 5 days of receipt must follow the following criteria:

1. Defective items damaged / broken or stained upon arrival.

2. Items received wrong .

Non-returnable items

We will not accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Items out of the warranty period, of 5 days more.

Important notes

-Products without a label or without original packaging, that are not in perfect condition, have signs of use, stained or broken, do not allow changes or returns.

-The reported shipping costs cover only one purchase and one exchange / return. Then if any more movement is necessary, the expense will be borne by the client.

-In the event that the return occurs due to a failure in the Product purchased, the corresponding amount and shipping costs will be reimbursed to the customer through the means of payment that made the purchase.

-Both for exchanges and returns, it is necessary to pack the item / s properly, in order to avoid possible further deterioration of the Product.

-When receiving the article from the shipping company, the client must verify that the packaging does not have signs of having been opened before signing the reception.

-Once the client has the package in their hands, they should take photos and if necessary make a video opening the package verifying its content and the status of the product.

Failure to comply with our returns and warranty clauses will void these on any purchase in our store.
